During one week, in an artistic residency, an emerging artist in the field of ceramics will develop their creative work as an apprentice to a Master Potter: Maria Fernanda Braga. This residency creates a space for listening, sharing, and collective creation—the listening to a narrative, a life story, and past experiences, alongside the sharing of ancestral techniques and inherited know-how.
All of these are important aspects for preserving intangible heritage and fostering a path toward contemporary innovation.
During the residency, a documentary about the creative process will be produced, which will be publicly presented, together with the pieces resulting from the artistic creation, on June 13, as part of the C.A.Co. Market.
