“Mais Três” is a program for learning, practice, and enjoyment in the Performing Arts (Theatre, Music, and Dance) and Visual Arts, implemented by A Oficina (Education and Cultural Mediation) in partnership with the Municipality of Guimarães (Department of Education) in public primary schools (1st cycle) and kindergartens in the municipality of Guimarães.
What is time? How do we represent it?
What sounds does it have?
A collaborative musical co-creation performance developed by the Pedagogical Practice Technicians of the Mais Três Program with children from the 3rd and 4th years of primary schools in the municipality of Guimarães. It offers a perspective on how children interpret the word “time,” how they explore and connect its different meanings, and how they transform it into an artistic object.
The project aims to promote artistic practice among children and their integration into a unique performance, presented as a world premiere.
“We want to stimulate perception, imagination, emotion, sensitivity, and reflection.”
